Sarah is a massage therapist, athlete, author, and speaker. She is all about wellness – inside & out!
Her journey began in 1993 as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. She spent many years coaching clients and expanded to teach yoga in 2001. Over time she became a Reiki Master and enjoys using both her intuitive skills and evidence-based training to help her patients heal. Treatments include bodywork such as Foot Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Cranial Sacral Treatment as well as strength and stretching prescriptions.
Sarah is a lifelong athlete and has completed 7 half-marathons, countless 10K/5K runs and incorporates daily weight training, hiking, Pilates and yoga into her own fitness regimen. She is thrilled that her son is following in her footsteps and loves to hit the gym with her! Watch for more fitness services coming soon!
Volunteering has been a key component to Sarah’s path and she has worked with many local and international organizations. These include Big Brothers & Big Sisters, local Humane Societies, Women’s Shelters, as well as Rotary International (Burlington Lakeshore Chapter).
